I hired Jake Spencer to take over my child custody case having been disappointed with the attention my case was receiving from my first attorney. The final hearing was less than two months away when he accepted my case. This was a bold move on his part as this was a short period of time to work with.

Carefully listening to my wishes and concerns he studied and came up to speed on my case very quickly. Having done so he sat down with me to explain my options and advised me. I felt comfortable deciding on a direction to take and he laid out a strategy for me which I was faithful to. In the course of events that followed there were some very tense and challenging moments. Jake and team were able to masterfully navigate us through those rough waters. In the end, and as stated previously, he achieved great results for me and my son.

Ashley was amazing and super helpful during our green card process. She walked us through every step and made sure we were well prepared for our interview. Going through the green card process during Covid was scary and confusing at times but Ashley made sure to always keep us updated with any changes the USCIS was making. My husband received his green card at the interview and we are beyond happy.
